You MUST have knowledge of concept, operation and general process employed by ATS, Buffoli, Hydromat, Mikron machines and/or multi-spindle screw machines such as Index, Gildemeister, Tornos, etc. General knowledge of part manufacturing process involving Swiss-style screw machines such as Star, Citizen and Tsugami and familiarity with high-output milling machines and/or mill turn centers such as Bumotec, Chiron, or Willomen Chiron are plusses. Our client sells and services unique turnkey metal cutting manufacturing solutions to some of the largest and most respected names in manufacturing in North America. You must be a proven achiever with a history of providing customers with the highest level of technical and professional support. Additional requirements for this job include 3 plus years experience in manufacturing processes, tooling application or time study engineering, experience with cutting tool geometries and cutting tool selection for manufacturing processes, excellent blueprint reading skills and working knowledge in geometric tolerancing and statistical process control, 3 plus years of successful key account or regional selling experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills. Your computer knowledge must include working experience with project software, Excel spreadsheets, contact software, and Power Point. AutoCAD or similar experience is a plus. Foreign language skills in German, Italian or French are also a plus, as this position will typically require 50% travel to customer and representative facilities throughout North America with occasional travel to our client's principal factories in Germany, Switzerland, France, and Italy.
